  • Is the building smoke-free?

    Yes, the building is smoke free.

  • Are there grocery stores or amenities close by?

    Yes! We are located just steps away from Trainyards Shopping District where you can find stores like Walmart, Farm Boy, Bulk Barn and many more. Local grocery stores, cafes, and convenience shops are nearby.

  • How do I get more information regarding unit availability and pricing?

  • What do I need to provide to reserve a unit?
    You will need to provide a completed application which includes personal and financial references, proof of income, photo ID, and the last month's rent deposit. A list of instructions and requirements will be provided upon booking an appointment
  • What is included in the monthly rent?
    Residents are responsible for water and hydro which will be separately metered, ensuring residents only pay for their own utility usage. Heat is included in the monthly rent rates. Mata includes a host of amenities, including a Sky Lounge with outdoor seating and BBQs, a Social Lounge, and best in class fob system for security and access control. (Some fees may apply)
  • Is parking available?

    Parking is not available on site, however, limited visitor parking is available and will be on a first come first basis. Fees may apply.

  • Are BBQs allowed on the balconies? Will there be common area BBQs?

    BBQs are not allowed on the balconies. Residents will have access to the Sky Lounge equipped with gas BBQs.

  • If I have a maintenance problem with my unit, who do I need to contact?

    For all maintenance requests, please submit a maintenance request through our Resident Portal. Alternatively, you can contact your Resident Services team by phone or email.

  • Is the unit pet-friendly?
    Absolutely! At Mata, furry friends are cherished members of the family. All rental suites welcome pets, ensuring they feel right at home alongside their human companions. Please see the Leasing Team for restrictions.
  • What appliances are included?

    Each unit includes a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave and stacked washer and dryer.

  • Can I personalize my unit with paint and hanging artwork?
    Of course! You're welcome to make changes to your unit, like painting or hanging art. If you decide to paint, just make sure to apply two coats of primer on any altered surfaces before you move out. Also, if you've hung pictures or shelves and there are any holes or damage, please patch them up and repaint before your leave. Any repair costs will be your responsibility, so it's best to take care of these things before you go.
